Terms & Conditions
All tour costs are based on double occupancy. If you are a single traveler and wish to share accommodations, we will match you with a roommate whenever possible. If none is available or if you prefer a single room, a single supplement fee will be applicable.
Standard price inclusions and exclusions may vary per tour and are specified, but generally are:
• Local Guide
• Accommodations (twin-sharing)
• Entrance Fees unless otherwise noted
• Activities and Meals per Itinerary
• Private Transport to/from Airport and on Tour
• International Airfare
• Internal Airfare *(Although some trips may include, in this case, will be noted)
• Travel Insurance
• Personal Expenses such as mini bar, laundry, telephone calls
• Additional expenses resulting from the delay or extension of a trip due to weather, political disputes, sickness or other causes beyond our reasonable control
RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY
We sell a variety of travel-related products from different suppliers and service providers (“Suppliers”). Each Supplier has its own terms and condition that are applicable to your particular arrangements in addition to our general terms and conditions, and you should make sure you understand them.
Eazy is acting as a “Booking Agent” for products and services that are not directly supplied by us (e.g., air carriage and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.). We are not a co-vendor of such products and services. You will be entering into a separate contract with such Suppliers in connection with such products and services.
Eazy is to be released from all liabilities deriving from acts of terrorism, hijacking, civil unrest, natural calamities, labor strikes, thefts or any other factors beyond our control. Any losses and expenses are to be borne by the customers.
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
A 50% deposit is required for the booking confirmation and the balance must be paid one (01) month prior to tour commencement or 100% full payment is required if the booking made within one (01) month. Should the payment not be received by the due date, Eazy reserves the right to cancel all reservations without prior notice. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Trips are priced to be guaranteed at a minimum certain number of persons (it may vary on each tour). If a minimum has not been met there will be a choice to continue travelling on the trip with an applied surcharge. If you choose not to do so, your deposit will be refunded or may be applied as a credit towards another tour being offered.
This deposit is nonrefundable if you choose to cancel after your space has been confirmed.
A deposit does not apply for the custom trips. Full payment is required for the purchase of air tickets, travel insurance, booking of hotels, and other arrangments.
Mode of Payment
Payment is to be made via internet funds transfer, or telegraphic transfer either to our Singapore or Indonesia bank account. Alternatively, by VISA or MASTER via Paypal with an additional 3.5% administration fee from the total amount.
Travel insurance is a vital part of your arrangements. We strongly recommend that you have taken out adequate insurance for the duration of your journey. Customers must fully understand that some insurance policies will exclude certain adventure activities and will have to bear any risk that may arise as a result. All claims must be directed towards the customer’s insurers and should consult his/her insurance consultant for a suitable travel insurance policy.
We encourage The Client to seek his/her physician’s advice regarding necessary or advisable vaccinations, medical precautions, and any other medical concerns regarding the entirety of his/her travel with Eazy. We reserve the rights to prohibit clients from joining if we find that he/she is not fit or suitable for the activities.
PASSPORT, VISA AND IMMIGRATION REQUIREMENTS
It is your responsibility to fulfil the passport, visa and other immigration requirements applicable to your itinerary. You should confirm these with the relevant embassies and/or consulates. We do not accept any responsibility in the case of you being unable to travel due to not complying with any such requirements.
You are also required to carry a valid International Student I.D., and International Youth I.D. or an International Teacher I.D. card if you are travelling on a special student/youth/teacher ticket. It is your responsibility to verify this with our travel expert who is assisting you.
REFUND & CANCELLATION
Cancellation by the Customer
Once you receive your tour confirmation email, your order has been confirmed. Upon confirmation, no payment is refundable.
Cancellation by Eazy
Please note that Eazy is acting as an agent for services rendered. Even after deposit or full payment has been made, all arrangements are still subject to final confirmation. If due to some unforeseeable circumstances the arrangement cannot be finalized and the reservation has to be cancelled, Eazy will endeavour to notify the Customer at least 1 week before departure. At times due to low subscription for a group trip, the trips may be cancelled and we will recommend alternative trips either to the same destination or others if available.
Should the Customer decide not to accept the alternatives, all refund will be made accordingly by Eazy and without further obligations. Eazy shall also not be held liable for any contingent costs incurred by the Customer arising from the cancellation. The Customer shall receive the refund within 4 to 6 weeks upon the tour cancellation. Save as stated herein, Eazy shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages or costs sustained by the Customer.
